Ben Segal – The Music Man
Ben Segal is a highly experienced and dynamic creative arts practitioner with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering transformative arts-based programs. With a unique blend of musical, theatrical, and visual storytelling skills, Ben specialises in using the arts to foster connection, wellbeing and joy — particularly in healthcare, education, and community settings.
Trained in London at the renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Ben holds a Master of Music and a specialisation in Community Arts Engagement. His professional journey spans operatic performance, arts education, and therapeutic creativity, equipping him with the versatility to work across a wide range of environments — from mental health units and aged care homes to festivals, theatres, and boardrooms.
Often affectionately known as “Ben the Music Man,” his work extends far beyond music. He brings together song, drama, movement, storytelling and visual arts to create inclusive, uplifting experiences that meet people exactly where they are.
Ben is also the founder of Recycle Create Play, an initiative that turns everyday materials into extraordinary, interactive arts experiences. Whether collaborating with healthcare staff, school communities or corporate leaders, Ben brings energy, playfulness and professionalism to every project.

Lisa Crosato – Arts 4 Business Lead Facilitator
Lisa Crosato brings together business expertise and the creative arts to design powerful team-building and wellness programs that enhance workplace culture. With a Bachelor of Commerce and professional experience in HR management, she understands the challenges of creating safe, supportive, and productive work environments.
Her sessions use music, voice, and breathwork to help employees reduce stress, build confidence, and strengthen communication -fostering collaboration and genuine connection across teams.
A seasoned performer with over 30 years in musical theatre and opera, Lisa also draws on 15 years as a voice teacher and ensemble leader.
She has guided individuals and groups to unlock creativity, resilience, and authentic self-expression through the arts.
By blending performance techniques with business insight, she equips organisations with innovative tools to support staff wellbeing and long-term engagement.
Through her creative arts-based approach, Lisa helps employees feel valued, motivated, and inspired – transforming workplaces into more connected and resilient communities.
Andrew Morrisby – Conductor, Music Director
Andrew Morrisby is a musical director, choral director, and freelance musician based in Hobart, Tasmania. After completing a BMus in classical piano at the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music, Andrew has worked in many different musical genres, ranging through classical, jazz, rock, funk, gospel, folk, and improvised music.
Andrew is heavily involved in the theatre community in Hobart, working with many companies over the last 15 years. Recent credits include Bad Company’s 48hour Macbeth, Parker Production’s Twisted Broadway, performer and accompanist for the Australian Music Theatre Festival, Taylah Evans’ Christmas Cabaret, and with Naarah when she is in Tasmania.
Andrew is a founding member of both PROTEA Impro and The Sessions Project, and plays with the bands Unearthly Frequencies, The DK Effect, and Martine & Moz. He has been working with the Tasmanian Youth Orchestra as a guest conductor and repetiteur.
Andrew works as a private teacher, tutor, and accompanist in Hobart.
Christopher Bryg – Occupational Therapist
Christopher Bryg is an Occupational Therapist and performing artist dedicated to transforming lives through music, communication, and connection. His practice in both therapy and theatre is shaped by empathy, creativity, and playfulness.
After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2000, Chris moved to Tasmania in 2003, beginning his career in Assistive Technology (AT) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). He has since gained over 20 years of experience supporting children and adults with disability, enabling engagement in meaningful activities and developing functional communication skills with non-speaking and part-time AAC users.
Chris also holds a Master of Music Studies (Opera Performance) from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and has performed widely across Tasmania in musicals, opera, and both contemporary and classical theatre.
In 2024, responding to growing community disconnection and mental health challenges, Chris co-created Being Kara-OK with Ben – a program blending group singing and principles of mental wellness, designed to build connection and wellbeing through the approachable medium of karaoke.

Rebecca Fry – Clinical Arts Intervention Advisor
Rebecca is vastly experienced in devising and implementing a wide range of healthcare solutions, in various setting including implementation of occupational health initiatives.
She is a highly skilled practitioner and has a gift for reading a room, engaging patients in a respectful, conscious, and compassionate way.
With extensive experience in mental health, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation, Rebecca also works closely with marginalised communities to promote inclusion and dignity.
Her creative approach enhances group engagement and transforms hospital spaces into uplifting, welcoming environments that foster connection, wellbeing, and healing.
